The origins of Sertranin, dating back to 1996, when Francisco Javier Talavera, current manager and founder, decided to start a small family business dedicated to freight transport by road.Initially, Sertranin, consisted of three tractors, three trailers hooked to tautliner belonging to a company for international transport.

Overcoming the difficulties of starting a new business, the following year, acquired the logistics base and headquarters, dedicated to storage of goods, supply and maintenance of vehicles. This logistics base is located in Iniesta (Cuenca), a strategic area for its proximity to Valencia (120 km), Madrid (230 km) and Barcelona (450 km).

In 1998, its manager and founder decided to take a strategic shift to focus the company and its services in bulk transportation nationwide. Following the introduction in this sector, Sertranin suffered an increased level of sales, which leads to an increase in the fleet.

Sertranin philosophy, is based on offering our customers added value in logistics and transportation of their products, and thus can devote 100% of their resources on their main activities.

The trajectory achieved and the trust of our customers guarantee our expertise, giving impulse to continue working with the enthusiasm of the first day, in every project we develop.

Beginning in 2003, Sertranin started to specialize in transportation within the steel sector, in order to meet the needs of its main clients, always present in Sertranin value. By this time the young company had a fleet of 35 vehicles.

In 2005 the manager of the company opted to enter the transport of scrap metal.After several years operating in this market, and at present an important part of the fleet of scrap tipper, we can perform any operation in this sector with a guarantee of success.Our experience in this sector, guaranteed by the trust of our customers.

Since 2008 we have managed to specialize in the transport of dangerous goods and hazardous waste, both in bulk and pallet or Grgs. We have all the authorizations of transportation in all regions, as well as the disposition of all drivers with license of dangerous goods, devoting a portion of the fleet only to this sector.

Currently, Sertranin SL has an extensive fleet of over a hundred vehicles at their disposal, including autonomous, fixed hooks and own vehicles as well as a wide range of transport services. We have a logistics base in Iniesta (Cuenca) with 2000m2 covered, available to our customers for any type of storage.

On the other hand we find ourselves in building a new logistics base in Minglanilla (Cuenca), which has a strategic location next to the A3 Madrid-Valencia highway.This new logistics base will be operational from 2012.
